Dr. Brett Oxandale has been practicing optometry in Topeka and Netawaka, Kansas for over 10 years. He is trained in the management and treatment of cataracts, glaucoma, macular degeneration and almost all types of acute and chronic eye conditions. His educational background consists of a Bachelor of Arts degree from Washburn University and a Doctorate of Optometry degree from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee. Dr. Oxandale graduated from Optometry school with Cum Laude honors. He is an active member of the American Optometric Association and the Kansas Optometric Association.
Dr. Oxandale was born and raised in Netawaka, Kansas and graduated from Jackson Heights High School. He made the choice to return to Kansas to practice as an Optometrist in order to serve the communities surrounding his hometown. When Dr. Oxandale isn’t providing high quality eye care service, a majority of his time is spent with his family, wife Brooke and his son Gavin. He enjoys participating in family functions, attending church, playing recreational sports and being outdoors.
